Hotel Fanø is located in a scenic area, in the heart of the Wadden Sea National Park, only 900 meters from the ferry terminal. Many of the rooms offer beautiful views of Fanø’s stunning nature, and it is not uncommon to see a deer grazing outside the windows in the early morning hours.
The hotel was originally a former Maritime School from the early 80s, designed to accommodate 100 students. This history is particularly highlighted by the large anchor displayed in front of the main entrance.
The original purpose of the property is also reflected in both the interior design and choice of building materials, with all walls, for example, being constructed with bricks. The hallways are wide and long, the dining room can accommodate up to 150 people, the kitchen is incredibly spacious, and there are 50 rooms, each with its own small bathroom.

Hotel Fanø is originally an old maritime school, which was built back in the early 80s. The maritime school was a large school complex spanning over 5,200 square meters, including the two student wings with a total of 50 rooms.

Hotel Fanø is located on the outskirts of Nordby, a small and charming town with many beautiful 19th-century houses. Close by, there are also excellent hiking trails, a lovely beach, and a delicious breakfast.
